Thai Fresh is a dedicated gluten-free bakery and Thai restaurant located in Austin, Texas. They offer a variety of gluten-free and vegan baked goods, including Thai sweet sticky rice, strawberry tapioca pudding, caramel brownies, coffee cakes, traditional French chocolate mousse, fruit pies, cookies, muffins, and flourless chocolate cake. All baked goods are made in-house using high-quality ingredients such as their house-made gluten-free flour mix (rice flour, tapioca starch, and potato starch), organic fair trade evaporated cane juice, organic palm oil shortening, organic peanut butter, organic seeds and nuts, local pastured farm-fresh eggs, and local raw honey.
