Sweet Theory

Sweet Theory Baking Co., established in 2012, is a dedicated vegan bakery located in the Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida. They offer a variety of treats, including cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, biscuit sandwiches, coffee cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, loaf cakes, and occasionally, whoopie pies or cake slices. All items are made fresh daily using natural and organic ingredients. The bakery is egg, dairy, and peanut-free, with gluten-free options available. Items are prepared on separate stations to minimize cross-contamination; however, the facility is not entirely gluten-free.
