Modern Bread and Bagel is a 100% gluten-free and kosher bakery that has expanded from its original New York City location to several spots in Los Angeles, including Woodland Hills, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. Founded in 2019 by Orly Gottesman, the bakery aims to provide gluten-free products without compromising on taste. Their menu features hand-rolled, kettle-boiled bagels, as well as a variety of baked goods and brunch items.
