Gluten Free Gem is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located in Portland's Lloyd District. Established in 2006 by Anne Miller after her daughter's diagnosis with Celiac Disease, the bakery has expanded over the years to offer a wide range of pastries and desserts suitable for everyone, not just those avoiding gluten.
